Go to Admin-Setup-Tournament Setup-Judges:

In the top part, you have 4 choices:

Free: Families will not be required to bring judges for speech entries.

Flat Rate: Families will be required to judge a flat number of rounds for all speech entries.

Basic Rate: Families will be required to judge a number of rounds for each speech entry.

Graduated Rate: Families will be required to judge a number of rounds for each speech entry, with the number of rounds increasing as the number of speech entries increases.

Down below, there is an option for Combined Requirements. NOTE: If you use combined requirements, it disables the options above.

For Combined Requirements, you can either select Combined Total Rounds for the whole tournament, or Minimum Rounds Per Day. This simplifies the process and helps to require the same amount of rounds for every family to have to achieve. For instance, if one family only has 1 kid in 1 speech, they may think they can just judge 2 rounds and go home. The rounds per day, no matter how many kids/events, makes it so they have to judge more.

For Combined Total Rounds, it doesn't matter which rounds on which days. For Minimum Rounds Per Day, it requires them to sign up for x amount every day.
