StoaHub Ballot Push #2 - Judge Badges

To print Judge Badges, go to Admin-Ballot Push-Judges

Click on Reports. Then click on Judge Badges.

Here, you can select which badges to print. You can select all judges, just community judges, just alumni judges, or just parent judges.

You can select random judges by selecting one judge. Then hold down the "Control (CTRL)" button on your key board to skip around and select whichever judge.

Once you have your judges selected, you can choose your options. The barcode option prints the barcode on the badge so that they can be scanned.

If you're printing the badges right away, don't choose email address, phone number, or the sort options.

If you print to Screen, this is what it will look like:

They will print in order by last name.

If you're ready to print the file, choose the PDF option. A PDF will download on your computer and you can print the badges from there. They will print nicely on an 8.5" x 11" paper with 3" x 4" badges (Avery 5392). It will show their name, type, state, barcode, and judge number.

You can print the entire list to excel. If you click the "Sort by Judge Registration Date", you can print the judges in batches by doing your first batch, keeping track of the date and time your printed. Then, when you print your next batch, just print the judge badges from AFTER that date.

To print an individual judge badge at the tournament, go to Admin-Ballot Push-Judges

Click on the judge you want to print a badge for.

Click on the "Print Judge Badge" icon above their first name

A print label screen will appear. Make sure you have the right settings.

NOTE: ALWAYS test this a couple of days or the day before the tournament to make sure you have time to troubleshoot if something is not working correctly. You do not want to fiddle with this the morning of check in or during your tournament.
