StoaHub - Script Submission Review

This is what the end user will see on the Script Submission Tab.

They'll see which scripts are due. They'll see what day and time they submitted a script, and the status.

In the actions area, they can download their script.

They can enter the chat with the script review team.

To upload a script, they click "Choose File" and add their script. It must be less than 100mb

Once they hit upload, they'll see their status change.

On the Admin Side, go to Admin-Entries-Script Submission

Under "Summary", you'll see an overall picture of which events have scripts, how many people are in each event, how many scripts have been turned in, and how many have been approved.

You'll also be able to see a list of reviewers and how many scripts they reviewed.

Under "Assignments", this is where you select which script reviewers have authorization to review scripts. You can either assign by event:

OR, at the bottom, under Assign by Entry

You can assign any of the script team to each specific script.

Under "Manual Approvals", if you need to approve a script that wasn't uploaded, you can do that here. Possible reasons for this are they were having trouble uploading and you gave permission for them to email it, you are accepting script approval letters from previous tournaments (although we recommend that they upload the letter so you have proof of that).

Under "Reports", you can download a report of missing scripts.

To review the scripts, click on "My Reviews".

Here you'll find the number of scripts, the event, the entry, the submitted time and date, the current status, the choice to reserve a script or release a script, and the action. All of the columns are sortable except reserve and action.

Reviewing A Script

To review a script, click on the green "Reserve" button next to a script.

This will lock in the script for you so that no one else on the review team can review it while you have claimed it. You'll then see a blue "Review" button appear. Click on that.

From this screen, you will see the script show up in the window.

You may also download it if you'd like.

At the top of the screen, you'll see the number of submission it is.

You'll also see a chat box. This is where you will communicate with the student/parent. Every time you send a message in the chat, they will get an email alert telling them they need to log into StoaHub and check their chat message. Anytime they reply in the chat, you will get an email telling you they replied.

You have the Approve and Reject Button. These will be used to either approve or reject a script a script. Either way, the student and parent will be notified via email.

You can either use a blank message, or use one of the preloaded messages.

If you approve the script, you're done.

If you rejected the script, you'll wait for them to reupload a corrected version. When they upload the corrected version, it will be assigned to the initial reviewer. At the top of the screen, you can see which submission it is.

If you click on each submission, you can see the past notes for each one so you can review what changes were needed. Once you have approved a script, you're done.

Admins may log in at any time and review any script, approved or not.
