StoaHub - Script Submission Setup

Go to Admin-Setup-Settings

Check the box "Has Script Submission" and click "Update".

Go to Admin-Setup-Timetable

Here you can set when script submission will open and close.

Select a day and time for each.


Go to Admin-Setup-Fees-Fees

Here you can set your late script submission date in which a person will be charged automatically if they have outstanding scripts. You can also set the amount. If you want to manually control when a fee is charged, don't use this setting.

Go to Admin-Setup-Script Submission

Under Settings, you can manually open or close Script Submission. You can set a limit for how many times someone can submit a script. You can also select the email address you want all scripts to be sent.

Under Events, choose which events you want students to have to upload a script.

Under "Edit Review Form", you can set the review form that each reviewer will use. These are completely customizable for each event.

Under "Homepage", you will set what you want people to see as your main page.

You can upload links to pdf editors, instructional pages, videos, etc...

Under Templates, you can customize the messages that will be automatically sent when someone uploads a script and when a script is approved.
