When organizing the ballots after they have been scanned/entered as returned, put debate ballots back in order by Ballot Code, NOT room number.

When organizing the ballots after they have been scanned/entered as returned, put speech ballots back in order by Ballot Code and then Panel order, NOT room number.

By organizing the ballots at ballot return as they come in, it helps keep the tournament moving. When a pile of ballots are returned to tab unorganized, it slows down tab's ability to enter scores quickly because they have to sort papers. These details add up. We appreciate your cooperation in helping the tournament run efficiently.
