StoaHub TAB #7 - View/Print/Send

Step 1: Postings

To view/print postings, click on "Postings".


Choose which schedule block and which event you want to print.

For options:

Club Name - Shows the club name

Entry Mask - Shows a student code instead of a name

Competitor Name - Shows the student name

Judge Assignments - Shows the judge

Postings by Name Format - Will display all students in order by their first name along with the room they are supposed to be in. This is helpful for students to quickly find their name.


You'll want to select Club Name and Competitor Name first. If you want to also do the Postings by Name, you can have that as a second option, or just do that one if you'd like.

You can then choose to either have it displayed on a screen, or create a pdf. You can print from either option. Right click and print on the screen format, or open the PDF and print that file.


To make your postings live on the tournament homepage, click on "Public View".

Select the Schedule Block and event you want to make pubic and then click "Update". The postings will now be viewable on the tournament homepage under the "Postings" tab.



Step 2: Ballots

To view/print ballots, click on "Ballots".

Select the schedule block and event you would like to print. You also have the option to add a message onto the ballots for any reason. The "Force Paper Ballots" will be used once we have the option for virtual ballots.

You can then choose to either have it displayed on a screen, or create a pdf. You can print from either option. Right click and print on the screen format, or open the PDF and print that file.


The "Archives" option stores all the pdf and excel files that are generated by tab admins.
