StoaHub TAB #5 - Setup Rooms

Click on Admin-Setup-Rooms. You should see this menu.

To add rooms, click + Add Room.

You can enter the building (or area) name, and then enter the rooms. You can enter multiple rooms at a time, separating each room by using a comma after the room name.

If you click on Schedule, you can select when the rooms are available:

If you click "Scheduling" on the left side, you can choose each day and which events are in which rooms.


Simply choose which room is going to be used during each selected schedule block.


To specify the event that will be used in that room, click on "Targeting".

From there, you can assign each room to the corresponding event

You can pull up a report that shows how many rooms are needed per event and how many rooms you've assigned by clicking on the report icon on the top right.


You can also add an ADA room for specific judges or competitors by clicking on "ADA Rooms".

If you delete anything, it will show up in "Deleted". You can restore them if you hit delete by mistake.
