Annual Registration Instuctions
StoaHub Annual Registration Instructions
StoaHub will be used to register for your yearly Stoa membership.
- While logged in, click on the trophy in the top right hand corner and click on “My Family”. Then click on Annual Registration.
- This will take you to the Annual Registration page. There are 3 products to choose from on the left hand corner.
The 2024-2025 Early Bird Annual Family Registration is for families with competitors.
The 2024-2025 Coaches/Alumni is for coaches or alumni that do not have competitors.
The 2024-2025 Juniors Only Family Registration is for families who only have junior competitors
- If you’re a family with competitors, click on the 2024-2025 Early Bird Annual Family Registration
- Follow the guided steps to complete your Stoa league annual registration. Step 1 shows the beginning date and end date of your registration, as well as the cost.
- Step 2 gives you a summary of your Family. You may choose to update incorrect information by clicking on the “update before completing registration” words. If everything is correct, click “Next”.
- Step 3. Read through the Registration Questions. Questions 1-5 require an affirmative response in order to be a member of Stoa. Questions 6-11 help Stoa to assess various information. Once you’ve agreed and answered the questions, click on “Next” in the bottom right corner.
- Step 4. If you would like to make a charitable donation to Stoa, you can do so here. Otherwise, click “Continue to Payment”.
- Step 5. You will see a confirmation page with a complete summary of all the steps. Verify everything is correct. If you need to change anything, click on “Need to make a correction?”.
- If everything is correct, click on “Pay Now via Credit Card”. This will take you to a secure stripe link where you can enter your payment information.
- Once you pay, you’ll be taken back to StoaHub and you’ll receive a message that says “Registration Complete.” You are now registered with Stoa for the year and are able to access member benefits and register for tournaments.
