  1. If you’re a family with competitors, click on the 2024-2025 Early Bird Annual Family Registration
  2. Follow the guided steps to complete your Stoa league annual registration. Step 1 shows the beginning date and end date of your registration, as well as the cost.
  3. Step 2 gives you a summary of your Family. You may choose to update incorrect information by clicking on the “update before completing registration” words. If everything is correct, click “Next”.

  1. Step 3. Read through the Registration Questions. Questions 1-5 require an affirmative response in order to be a member of Stoa. Questions 6-11 help Stoa to assess various information. Once you’ve agreed and answered the questions, click on “Next” in the bottom right corner.
  2. Step 4. If you would like to make a charitable donation to Stoa, you can do so here. Otherwise, click “Continue to Payment”.
  3. Step 5. You will see a confirmation page with a complete summary of all the steps. Verify everything is correct. If you need to change anything, click on “Need to make a correction?”.
  4. If everything is correct, click on “Pay Now via Credit Card”. This will take you to a secure stripe link where you can enter your payment information.
  5. Once you pay, you’ll be taken back to StoaHub and you’ll receive a message that says “Registration Complete.” You are now registered with Stoa for the year and are able to access member benefits and register for tournaments.
